We can propose the realization of two different of Learning-ship Pathways with different Levels each:

  • Volunteer Pathway. Non-paid, free-of-charge Learning-ships.

  • Professional Pathway. Non-paid, priced Learning-ships.

Our Learning-ships programs can be done part-time or full-time and no physical presence is strictly required although it is convenient when possible. However, frequent contact via Jira Issues comments, Google Chat and Hangout will be essential to help you boost your progress.

Coaching

During the studentship Learning-ship Programs, you can count on the continuous assistance of our staff and receive documentation and other training, test and working material, free access to our support languages, frameworks, applications and systems (Google Suite, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, PostgresQLAWS, PostgresSQL, Bonita, dyPAS, PentahoFlutter, Dart, TalendAqueduct, WordpressGraphQL, DiviTalend, Elementor Figma ...) and attendance to remotely and presently meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.

In case you are coursing a master, university or school degree, the work done during the Studentship Learning-ship programs can be used as your degree project and the hours worked could count as course credits this, of course, depending on the policies applied by your academic institution. In that case, we are willing to sign the corresponding internship agreement agreements and documents with you and your academic institution.

You can also combine the realization of your thesis with the work done in our Thesis-hip / DoctorLearning-ship Programs provided that your thesis tutor will accept it and we can find a topic aligned with the objectives of the three parts: you, your thesis tutor and ourselves. In this case, a 6 months full-time 900 hours dedication for the Thesis-ship Master thesis and 1,800 hours dedication for the Doctor-ship PD Thesis will be required recommend with a consistent minimum dedication of 36 hours per week, week after week, and 150 hours per month, month after month.

To participate in one of our studentship Learning-ship Pathways you must fulfil fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • Coursing the last course or having coursed a Bachelor, Master and PhD degree depending on the StudentLearning-ship Pathway Level to be followed.

Specialties coursed:

  • Technical (Information & Computing Sciences, Telecommunications, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics …).

  • Business (Business Administration, Marketing, Law, Six Sigma, Lean Management …).

  • Social (Public Relations, Art & Design, Communication, Linguistics, Philosophy …).

  • Erasmus plus mobility, Campus Mundi or other similar programs could be convenient although not mandatory.

  • Some knowledge on programming languages is recommended, although it is not mandatory, except for the studentships learners to be enrolled in our Technology Branch Units.

  • We are not necessarily requiring previous working experience although some user experience with enterprise automation applications development or usage is recommended.

Commitments

By enrolling in our StudentLearning-ship programs you will commit to:

  • For part-time StudentshipLearning-ship, a regular work of minimum 18 hours per week is strictly required, every week, during all the duration of the studentship periodLearning-ship period when you are following a Volunteer Pathway.

  • For full-time StudentshipLeanring-ship, a regular work of minimum 36 hours per week is strictly required, every week, during all the duration of the studentship periodLearning-ship period when you are following a Volunteer Pathway.

  • For interns - thesis doers learners following a presently StudentshipVolunteer Learning-ship, the minimum of 9 (part-time) / 18 hours (full-time) per week must be done presently in our office in Barcelona.

  • Attendance to Branch, Unit, Team and Project all weekly remote meetings is absolutely mandatory.

  • The use of our systems (Google Suite, Jira, Confluence & GitHub) for working, reporting, attaching documents, pushing code and logging time on Tasks assigned is absolutely mandatory.

  • Complete the minimum dedication established for each Studentship Learning-ship Pathway.

Erasmus or similar internship programs

Students Learners following a Volunteer Pathway not fulfilling the above-indicated commitments will be expelled from the studentship Learning-ship Program and, consequently, if they were enrolled in a Erasmus or similar program they will not receive the Erasmus or other similar internship programs during and after mobility certificates.

Be sure to have understood the above conditions before enrolling with us as part of the Erasmus or other similar internship programs to follow one of our Volunteer Pathway Programs. Take in account that not receiving the Erasmus after mobility certificate will create you serious troubles with the Erasmus or other similar internship programs administration (you will have to give back the money received).
